Being that it's award season, The Hollywood Reporter has begun posting their series of roundtable discussions with possible contenders.
Last month, they posted an one-hour discussion between screenwriters Aaron Sorkin ("The Social Network"), Simon Beaufoy ("127 Hours"), Michael Arndt ("Toy Story 3"), John Wells ("The Company Men"), Todd Phillips ("Due Date") and David Lindsay-Abaire ("Rabbit Hole"). That is a pretty sweet round table. Thanks for the heads up, Anthony.
ReplyDeleteMy word, what a collection of great minds! I can't watch the hour length right now, but I will be back. A month ago, I watched this BBC show on you tube of the history of horror in the cinemas and it was absolutely fascinating to hear of the great script writers and film producers, and the techniques they used and drew from.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing, Ant!
ps. Merry Christmas!
